Scope of Services
Infertility can develop as a result of male or female issues, or a combination of both. Therefore, our comprehensive evaluation includes a personalized and in-depth consultation between the couple and one of our board-certified fertility physicians. Initial Consultation and Evaluation
From the start, we establish a one-on-one working relationship with every couple or individual that seeks our help.Woman's Evaluation
As part of the woman's evaluation, our physicians review her medical history, previous treatments and examinations, hormonal assessments, and other fertility testing. A hysterosonogram (HSN) or a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) may be recommended to investigate the possibility of uterine and fallopian tube abnormalities. Testing may also include ovarian reserve testing and pelvic ultrasound.Comprehensive fertility testing includes:
- Genetic testing
- Hormone evaluations
- Ovarian reserve testing
- Hysterosalpingograms (HSG)
- Hysterosonograms (HSN)
- Pelvic ultrasound
- Endometrial biopsies
Man's Evaluation
As part of the man's evaluation, a complete semen analysis will confirm the number, motility, morphology, and other sperm parameters to determine the most appropriate clinical protocol. Genetic testing may be recommended in some cases.Andrology (male reproductive system/sperm) services include:
- Semen analysis with strict morphology studies
- Sperm washes and isolation
- Semen cultures
- Cryopreservation (sperm freezing)
