LINA SPARTOS, RN

IVF Nurse Coordinator
Lina received her nursing degree from Misericordia Hospital School of Nursing in New York City and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Mercy College. Lina's career in women's health began more than 30 years ago at major teaching hospitals. In 1994, she joined the specialized field of reproductive endocrinology and provided nursing leadership to fertility programs in both hospital and private practice settings.

As IVF Nurse Coordinator, Lina continues this leadership role at the Greenwich Fertility Center. A member of the Greenwich Hospital Safety Committee, she helps ensure that all hospital safety measures are maintained for our program. Lina is very musically inclined and plays the bass in an all woman's band.

KATHLEEN MAGID, RN

Nurse Clinician
Kathy received her nursing degree in 1973, bringing more than 35 years of experience in women's healthcare to the Greenwich Fertility Center. Prior to joining the specialty of reproductive medicine in 2000, Kathy's nursing career focused on antepartum, postpartum, and labor and delivery hospital units as well as OB-GYN private offices. Having experienced fertility challenges of her own, Kathy's empathy and compassion, coupled with her superb clinical nursing skills, provide our patients with the special care and attention they deserve. In her free time, Kathy enjoys gourmet cooking and long distance walking.

KAREN SEWITCH, RN

Karen received her nursing degree from Adelphi University and a master's degree in nursing education from Columbia University Teachers College. Prior to being a research nurse in the Department of OB-GYN at Cornell University Medical College, Karen was a clinical staff nurse in Women's Health at The New York Hospital. After staying home to raise her twins, Karen joined the staff at the Greenwich Fertility Center when she returned to the work force in 2009. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys walking and yoga.

KERRY TOMSON, RN

Kerry received her nursing degree from New York University and a bachelor's degree in science from the University of California at Berkeley. After serving as a staff nurse and nursing coordinator at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, Kerry joined a private practice where her nursing skills could be put to use in a more personal environment.

In 2003, Kerry was recruited by the Greenwich Fertility Center to join the initial clinical team responsible for developing and setting up nursing protocols for its new fertility program. Between raising her three children and working at the Greenwich Fertility Center, Kerry also manages to find time for daily exercising, jogging and enjoying outdoor activities.

DONNA FANTINI, RN

Donna's extensive nursing career includes New York-Presbyterian Hospital Recovery Room, and a weight loss program. After working as a research nurse coordinating clinical drug trials for the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, Donna joined the staff at Cornell's IVF program. Her work in the infertility field continued at the NYU Fertility Center where she was coordinator of the donor egg program. Donna now splits her time between the NYU and Greenwich fertility centers. Donna is the mother of three boys and enjoys tennis and cooking.
